By creating an account or using any AznuTech service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

AznuTech provides AI-powered products and services, including but not limited to:

• AznuBot: A multi-tenant WhatsApp AI bot platform that responds to messages using AI agents
• AI Consulting: Custom AI integration and consulting services for businesses
• Mobile Applications: AznuKeyboard, AznuUtilities, and other mobile apps

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the AI services to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI services generate responses based on machine learning models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. AznuTech is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Google (for authentication and contacts), WhatsApp (for messaging), and OpenAI (for AI processing). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Quotas and Limitations

Certain services may have usage limits, including monthly message quotas for AznuBot. We reserve the right to set, adjust, or enforce usage limits at our discretion. Exceeding your allocated quota may result in temporary suspension of AI responses until the next billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All AznuTech services, software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of AznuTech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you provide to our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

AznuTech services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AznuTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
