1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any AznuTech service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

AznuTech provides AI-powered products and services, including but not limited to:

• AznuMedia: An advanced AI image generation platform for creating and editing images with text prompts
• AI Consulting: Custom AI integration and consulting services for businesses
• AznuNotes: A cloud-synced notes app with AI assistant, category sharing, smart alarms with snooze, home screen widgets, backup/restore, dark mode, and onboarding for new users
• AznuUtilities: An offline utility app with counter, calculator, flashlight, and other tools

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the AI services to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI services generate responses based on machine learning models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. AznuTech is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Google (for authentication and contacts), WhatsApp (for messaging), and OpenAI (for AI processing). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Quotas and Limitations

Certain services may have usage limits. We reserve the right to set, adjust, or enforce usage limits at our discretion. Exceeding your allocated quota may result in temporary suspension of services until the next billing period.

8. AznuNotes — Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to AznuNotes:

• Cloud Sync: Notes are synced automatically between your device and our servers. While we take measures to prevent data loss, you are responsible for maintaining local backups of important data using the export feature.
• Sharing: When you share a category, the recipient can view it in read-only mode. You remain the owner and can revoke access at any time. Do not share categories containing sensitive information unless you trust the recipient.
• AI Assistant: The AI assistant can create, modify, and delete your notes through tool calls. You should review AI-generated changes to your data. The AI processes your note content to provide contextual responses — do not store highly sensitive information (passwords, financial details) in notes used with the AI assistant.
• Alarms: Smart alarms depend on your device's AlarmManager and notification permissions. Battery optimization settings may affect alarm reliability. AznuTech is not liable for missed or delayed alarms.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all notes, shared categories, alarms, and chat history from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

9. Intellectual Property

All AznuTech services, software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of AznuTech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you provide to our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

AznuTech services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AznuTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
