8. Google User Data

Certain services use Google OAuth to authenticate users. Here is how we handle Google user data:

• Authentication: We use Google Sign-In to verify your identity. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google and store them in your account.
• Limited Use: Google user data is used solely to provide our services to you. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the service you requested.
• Storage & Deletion: Google tokens are stored securely and encrypted. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
• Compliance: Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. AznuNotes App

AznuNotes is a cloud-synced notes app with AI assistant, sharing, alarms, and home screen widgets. Here is how we handle your data:

• Authentication: We use Google Sign-In to verify your identity. We receive and store your name, email address, and profile picture. Authentication tokens (JWT) are stored securely on your device via encrypted storage.
• Notes & Categories: Your notes (categories, text entries, checklist items) are stored locally on your device using SQLite and synced to our server via encrypted HTTPS connection. Data is stored in our PostgreSQL database linked to your account.
• AI Assistant: When you use the AI assistant, your messages and referenced note content are sent to our server, which processes them via OpenAI's API (GPT models). The AI can read, create, update, and delete your notes on your behalf through tool calls. Chat history is stored on our server to provide conversation context.
• Sharing: When you share a category with another user, the recipient's email is used to look up their account. Shared categories are visible as read-only to the recipient. You can revoke sharing at any time.
• Alarms: Alarm data (title, schedule, recurrence) is synced to our server and scheduled locally on your device via Android's AlarmManager. No alarm data is shared with third parties.
• Backup & Export: You can export all your notes as a JSON file stored locally on your device. Exported files are not transmitted to any server. You can also import backups to restore your data.
• PII Filtering: Our server automatically filters sensitive information (credit card numbers, bank account details, passwords) from note content before storage to protect you from accidental data exposure.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your account from the Settings screen at any time. This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including notes, shared categories, alarms, and chat history.
• No Ads or Tracking: AznuNotes does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or any form of behavioral tracking.

10. AznuUtilities App (Offline)

AznuUtilities is a standalone utility app that operates entirely offline. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server.

• All data (counter values, calculator inputs, preferences) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and never leaves your phone
• No analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking of any kind
• Camera/flashlight permission is used solely for the flashlight toggle feature
• Internet permission is required by the Flutter framework but no network calls are made
